Payments
Payment transactions may be made in the following currencies;
Pounds Sterling – For sales within the UK
Euros – For sales within the rest of Europe
US Dollars – For all other worldwide sales
Shipping
Innovista International product prices include the cost of shipping worldwide. We send products using the Royal Mail second class service, for items within the UK, and Standard Airmail services for shipping outside of the UK. We generally dispatch your goods the working day after you placed your order and will notify you on receipt of the order if this differs. As a guide, second class post is usually delivered within three working days within the UK. Airmail services will generally deliver in three working days within Europe or five working days outside of Europe. If your item hasn't arrived after a week, please let us know.
Returns
Innovista International is committed to providing the highest quality products to our customers. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following returns facilities:
We will accept the return of faulty products for full refund or replacement (subject to testing). However, we will only accept unwanted products for refund within 7 days of delivery, provided that the goods are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition.
You may cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund within seven days.
To cancel please email, or write to us within seven days of delivery of your items. Please quote your order number and state the reason for return.
